We unlock employers' expertise, energy and resource to:

• meet employers' needs;
• up-skill and recruit individuals, particularly people disadvantaged in the labour market; and
• enhance employment and skills delivery systems.

We are: 

• dedicated to opening careers for people disadvantaged in the labour market;
• ready to offer advice and assistance on policy and delivery;
• willing to contribute resources to employment and skills programmes.

Our employer network exceeds 1600 organisations that employ one in ten UK workers.
