Employer Coalitions offer capacity-building and technical assistance to employment and skills organisations working with disadvantaged communities. Our aim is to spread best practice in working with employers. Employer Coalitions offers knowledge and support in getting employers involved with design of training and work experience. We provide guidance on using employers' recruitment needs to define programme content and the standard of job readiness.
